By enrolling in a Flamingo Car Wash Inc. Monthly Wash Club, you agree to the following:
• Membership includes up to 15 washes per month, limited to one wash per day, for the registered vehicle only.
• Membership renews monthly on the original sign-up date.
• Fees are billed automatically to the payment method on file until cancelled.
• Memberships may be cancelled at any time at least 24 hours before the next billing date. No refunds or credits are provided for unused washes or partial months.
• Memberships cannot be shared and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes, or gift cards.
• If the registered vehicle changes, the Member must update vehicle information through the Flamingo Car Wash customer portal prior to using the Membership.
• Flamingo Car Wash Inc. may temporarily close or limit service due to weather, maintenance, holidays, or operational reasons.
• Vehicles must be suitable for automatic washing. Flamingo Car Wash Inc. is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, including but not limited to pre-existing damage, aftermarket or non- factory accessories, loose or protruding items, or normal wear and tear. Any concerns must be reported before leaving the property.
• Flamingo Car Wash Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing, wash limits, or these terms. Notice will be provided prior to the next billing cycle. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
• By enrolling, you consent to receive electronic communications from Flamingo Car Wash Inc., including emails and text messages for service updates and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
